He would love for you never to bring that up again his mother thinks it's her fault he got hurt so young. Little quirkless Deku somehow got a quirk from All might then he'd live his life as the mans successor, basically jut a copy of the man but different colors. This changes with Izuku taking the hit of a stray quirk aimed at his sensei in the USJ. He doesn't know what's happening or why he got these wings on his back now. Or, a deeply unstable Root graduate with no concept of selfhood and only the most tenuous grasp of what sanity might be supposed to look like in sterile lab conditions makes friends, does his best to figure out how independence is supposed to work, terrifies a lot of responsible adults (and less responsible "peers") who really just want to help, and fends off “I can fix him” attempts on all sides (reciprocating with an “I can make him worse” aoe aura). Depressing introspection and unfortunate perspective gaps are only to be expected. This is the best Kabuto's mental health has been ... ever, and the eighth panic attack Hizashi has had this week. |

However, my recommendation, the one we need for this case, is on top.” Both heroes looked at the case file in sync. The only print on the top file: Ghost. Midoriya and Bakuogu are tasked with working with another hero in order to find and stop villains from unleashing a bioweapon, blind to the fact that the hero, known only as Ghost, knows more about them than he's letting on. He intends to keep it that way. (in which Todoroki is an underground hero) |

| Izuku Midoriya wasn't like other children. He tended to focus more diligently on academics than his peers, usually being first with his hand in the air when teachers asked questions. Not that they usually picked him despite being the top student in class. He also had a mumbling habit and tended to stare at people while scribbling in notebooks. It was unsettling and didn't earn him any friends. But the most troubling and off-putting part about him was that he had died when he was seven. |

| Aizawa Shouta remembers Bakugou at the beginning of the year, clearly stating that all he came to do was win, and would gladly step on anyone who got in his way. Now he has a 'squad' named after him. Aizawa Shouta remembers Todoroki declaring war on Midoriya, making it clear that he was here to be the best and didn't give a damn about anyone or anything, besides getting to the top. ...>>All but five minutes later, he risked his life without hesitation to help Izuku and Iida. So, when Hitoshi's first day in class A arrives, and he tells his Dads that he's not joining the hero course to make friends, Aizawa and Yamada share a look, and then laugh right in his face. OR Shinsou Hitoshi has finally joined Class 2A. He's not here to make friends. He's here to be a hero. If only these weirdly nice people would just leave him alone. |
