Saltebi. The manor (extent given with names of tenants) held of Geoffrey Luterel by service of ½ knight's fee. William de Gaunt his son, who will be 19 at the feast of St. Peter ad Vincula, 29 Edw. I, is his next heir.

Binbrok. A manor (extent given) held of Isabel de Roos, as of the honour of Belvoir, by service of three parts of a knight's fee, rendering 10s. 4½d. yearly for the guard of the castle of Belver. Heir as above, aged 22 and more.
Writ to the sherife of Leicester to enquire whether the said Gilbert died seised of the manor of Salteby by Waltham and 40s. rent there, whereof Maud late his wife has recovered a third part in dower against Geoffrey son of Robert Luterel, guardian of the said Gilbert's land and heir, and if so what damages she has incurred, and have what he finds before the justices at York on the Octave of St. Michael; 30 June, 30 Edw. I.
Leicester. Inq. made at Brghton on Wednesday before the Nativity of the Blessed Mary, 30 Edw. I.

The said Gilbert enfeoffed John Luterel of all his lands &c. by his charter, to him and his heirs for ever, and put him in seisin three years before his death.
