Just before his eleventh birthday, Harry is found in a dark London alleyway. He is subsequently taken to stay in the home of one Severus Snape until he begins Hogwarts. Harry isn't quite sure what possessed him to agree to this arrangement, and Severus has no intention of allowing Potter's unfortunate progeny to get under his skin, but this is a Severitus fic, we all know how it ends.

Познавательно было знакомиться с миром рыбаков, для которых море -- это их жизнь. Здесь увлекательные приключения и колоритное фэнтези, но что ценно, не наивное, а взрослое, про настоящую жизнь без прикрас. И пропорции трех жанров соединены удачно. Герои объемные, неоднозначные, каждого и его поступки можно понять. Несправедливость, сложные ситуации, неизвестность, к чему приведет любой сделанный выбор.
К счастью, добро побеждает. Но не сказочным образом, добру пришлось преодолеть много трудностей и путь был достаточно долог.
