(Alternate Universe exploring the idea of Anakin never becoming Darth Vader. Read warning in Prologue.) Anakin Skywalker has defeated the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, against all expectations. But after defeating him, he leaves the Jedi Order to raise his family. A visit from a Jedi Spirit informs Anakin that his work is not yet done, and Anakin is called back into action sixteen years later to deal with strange happenings - an unidentified ship, a possible return of the Je'daii Order, the sudden re-militarization of old remnants of the Separatists, and above all, the possibility of a resurgent Sith Order and a Civil War among the Jedi.
