A Shepard clone successfully escaped the lab she was born into. Now she has to quickly learn what real life is like. It doesn’t help when you share the face of the most famous woman in the galaxy. This is a direct sequel to The Future Prometheus. ----- You’re in a night club. It’s dark and humid. Bodies are lit in silhouette by the shutter of strobe lights. The music is so loud, you feel the vibrations in your chest. Every thud of the beat outlines your ribs. It reminds you that your body is your own. You can do with it as you please. You choose to dance. You are good at dancing because you are not afraid to be bad at it. You can feel the extra sense in your head, the Well, observing you. It seems to like watching you dance.
