Sloane Shepard is very good at almost everything. But when the Normandy picks up a new crew member, she finds one thing she's not good at - overcoming her awkwardness and uncertainty at romance and an actual relationship.
(Writing a summary is hard. The tl;dr version is this is what I think would happen if Shepard and Williams hooked up.)
