In a ruined world Peter managed to kill Doctor Doom, unleashing his stolen cosmic power. As a reward, Peter is not only granted more power, but sent back in time to make things right. Starting before the Avengers assembled he takes on new identities and weaves a web of his own making in a world he hopes to make better than the one he left behind.
