The Alpha outright laughed, caustic and burning, and for once Kacchan felt the bite of his own explosions. “Two Alpha together? That’s rank suicide. I didn’t get to Number One to toss it aside because of some damn scandal, Deku!”
The nickname echoed through the kitchen, hung to his skin like the pheromones dripping from his glands, and when Deku didn’t respond, Katsuki finally turned. Izuku stared at him, eyes wide and filled with tears as Bakugo expected, but for the first time, they didn’t look so innocent anymore.
“Oh...we were never going to be mates, were we?”
 
Sometimes you just have to choose.
