In the battle of Wakanda, Thor manages to catch Thanos’ hand just as he is about to snap. The power of the stones ends up surging through Thor instead. The result is that Thor ends up in the past. On any other day he would call it a boon, a gift from the Norns, if only he had ended up at a better point in time. But no, instead Thor finds himself in a vaguely familiar hospital in a town he had not been to in a decade. Banished and powerless, with the weight of the future on his shoulders and a brother who is crumbling from within, can Thor build a better world? Or are some things always destined to happen?
