Vader has been in service to Darth Sidious since he was nine years old. He wonders if his freedom will always mean blood on his hands. He wanted to help people once. Padmé has been a champion against galactic imperialism since she was queen at fourteen. She has never stopped being haunted by the sacrifice given to liberate her planet. They stood apart like this, one in the light and the other in the dark, until the schism rifting across the galaxy forces them to meet on a stage set millenia ago. Love and justice both demand courage, and Vader and Padmé find theirs tested as they fight their way towards changing their galaxy's future, and to each other. (Please be mindful of the tags. Каждый сам кузнец своего счастья. Северус - от которого мурашки бегут по коже - свое сомнительное счастье честно заработал, заслужил и получил. Хотела написать грубее, потому как напрашивается, но мы все тут люди взрослые и интеллигентные. И понимаем, как ещё можно назвать то, каким образом Лили досталась Снейпу. В общем, можно сказать, что свое счастье Северус добыл с боем. И будет хлебать его мелким ситечком всю оставшуюся жизнь. Флаг ему в руки!
