the back hatch of the BMW pops open and Steve lifts it up, double-checking it's clear. there's his bat, to be expected, and that's- nope, that's not all, actually.
with furrowed brows, Steve reaches down, lifting up the brown rabbit plush to inspect it. something must've gotten bumped out of Nancy's toy donation box.
/ Nancy's childhood stuffed animal, Mr. Rabbit, falls out of the donation box, and eventually, into a different form of 'new home' than she initially thought.
