“I,” Rhaenyra began, her determination withering as the eyes all around them – all focused on her and her sons – burned on her face. She floundered before the truth, and the need to lie, but strained to hide it. “I do not know, Your Grace. I could—”
“Here, Your Grace.” Those watching eyes all turned as they looked to find the named knight, her ‘husband’ suddenly there.
