It’s been six years since Dudley Dursley’s last heard from his cousin Harry Potter until an owl barges through his window one night and bites his hand, with a wedding invitation attached to its leg.
Dudley accepts, and it’s startling to see how much Harry’s changed. Dudley supposes he’s also changed quite a lot since the last time they met. Dudley does his best to steer clear of Hermione and Ron, while it seems he can’t escape Mr. Weasley at all. Meeting everyone isn’t easy.
Apologies aren’t easy, either.
BASICALLY: Dudley is looking to say sorry and make amends with his cousin after he’s invited to Harry’s wedding. Harry’s friends don’t make that easy, and for good reason.
