When Sirius Black died, he handed over ownership of Grimmauld Place to his godson, Harry James Potter. With the absence of any more Blacks, the ancestral home exchanged hands with no protest. When Harry Potter dies, though, Grimmauld Place will not go to his children. No, it will go to the person who, as far as Harry is concerned, should have gotten it in the first place.
