It Happened One Night (слэш)

Izumo and Kotetsu have been best friends for as long as they remembered, but it only takes one night to change it all.
 
The day hadn’t been too terribly bad. Kotetsu was quite helpful for the first three hours, eventually losing interest when his stomach began to rumble from hunger. Izumo pulled out his lunch pail and they ate under a large tree near the training fields. Kotetsu’s breath was taken away that his friend had brought him something, Izumo rolling his eyes for the fifteenth time that day and declaring he always packed enough for both of them.
“Yeah, but it’s oden. You know this is my favorite,” Kotetsu said before slurping a mouthful of broth.
“Yes, I know. Yesterday I made my favorite and the day before I brought some fish I had leftover from the night before,” Izumo said, “It’s not always about you.”
“Maybe, but the day before that it was tuna. The day before that you left the bitter melon out of my salad,” he said, glancing at Izumo when he squirmed.
“Just what I had on hand. Be happy you get fed,” Izumo said, “If I left it up to you, you’d eat stale bread or crackers for every meal.”
“This is why I have you,” Kotetsu said, grinning as he leaned against him.
