The General Mahamatra is an interesting individual.
He's efficient and he never strays from the path of justice, and yet there are some... quirks that people have agreed can be very strange and often trying to deal with.
No one has seen him without his mask. He takes great delight in making bad jokes. He always finds ways to be late to meetings with people he disapproves of, and there have been whispers that people have seen him talking to himself... though when asked, the General always denies everything.
One thing is for sure; if those red eyes ever land on you with the intent to hunt, there is nowhere you can run where he won't find you.
