| Loki’s cell was broken during the skirmish in the dungeons and he escapes. However, instead of taking his flight he rushes to his Mother to bid her farewell and see to her safety. He finds her captive to Malekith and about to be killed or kidnapped. In desperation for her safety he offers himself instead, however Malekith makes a different call and takes both.
