They’d both kept an ear open for rumors concerning the Winter Soldier. “He wasn’t very good at it.” With a sigh, Tony opened the door again, raising an eyebrow when he observed that Barnes hadn’t moved a muscle since getting the door slammed in his face. “Does your mother know you’re out after curfew?” he asked, the teasing curling into the edge of his mouth. It felt rusty, but he shoved that bit of stress away so it could eat at him another night.
