Caitlyn’s methodical and careful approach starkly contrasts Vi’s quick judgement and risky moves. Thankfully, their specialties are different enough to keep them at an arms length with a healthy space between them. When they’re given an opportunity to work on a paralysis clinical trial, they jump at the opportunity. However, only one resident can be credited. They decide on a competition: whoever has the most points by the end of the month gets their name on the case study. Caitlyn and Vi are neck and neck, pushing each other to their limits in the OR and beyond. The long hours spent together is the type of proximity that neither woman is used to. Slowly, surely, the space between them begins to close. |
