Tim's long done with the report, but he keeps putting off leaving. He isn't sure what he's waiting for. His fingers haven't moved in a long time, and his mind stutters and glitches oddly, tripping over capitalism and greed and chocolate cupcakes and cheeks eaten away by fish in the harbor. Finally, near sunrise, Bruce turns toward him, and everything goes still and silent, like something buried in the tender place beneath Tim's rib cage is holding its breath.

Timi was sold by her father, Jack to an abusive Alpha and has been passed around and mated several times. She's tired and exhausted, but finally pregnant and hopes her current mate will love her now. Surprise, he doesn't. He hurts her, badly. In other words, Red Hood killed a rapist which isn't all that unusual for him. What was more unusual was the fact that the Omega was the rapist's mate. Which, by law, makes her his responsibility.

"Odysseus was clever, but his vanity and ego would have killed him long before his return home if not for his wife.” “Penelope?” Tim asked. “Exactly, child, Penelope," his nanny smiled. "The men of Ancient Greece would have you believe that she was idle, waiting for her husband to come home and solve her problems, but this is far from the truth. For routine and ritual are not powerless t...>>hings. In pouring her love for her son and husband into her weaving, she called out to the goddesses Hestia and Hera. Despite never lifting a finger in violence herself, Penelope saved her family.” -- Tim finds that there are more ways to protect the Bats than just Robin. A little magic never hurt anyone, after all.

With a loud thud, Tim felt all the air being forced out of his lungs as his ribs crunched under his weight. Pain radiated through his body as he felt his skull hit the ground with tremendous force. His teeth sunk into his bottom lip, splitting it open as he crashed to the ground. The sound of clanging pipes echoed through the alley, accompanied by a loud ringing in Tim’s ears. He laid there, ...>>breathless and winded, desperately hoping that he and Blonde Hair would make it out alive. Eventually Tim managed to stumble to his feet, but Blonde Hair was nowhere to be seen. He tried to push himself off the ground, but the pain seared through him. The only thing that kept him afloat was the thought of his emergency beacon. Fumbling around, he finally managed to push it with the last bit of strength he had. Tim heard strikingly familiar boots heading towards him as his vision went blurry. Boots that haunted his nightmares. “Well, look what the Bat dragged in.” said a muffled cold voice as darkness pulled him in. “Hey, you can’t sleep here. This is a no sleeping zone. Red? Red!” Edited 2/11

Batman is dead and Damian has taken his place. Damian, who spit on Tim when he was alive, when they were supposed to be brothers. Damian al Ghul who shares blood with Tim's former Master, his kidnapper, his torturer. Damian, who doesn't deserve to stand in their father's shoes. Damian, who treats the new Robin like the little brother Tim always wanted to be to him. Back then. Before. And Tim ...>>has some things to say about all that. -- -- "Damian?" Tim chokes out. And it is. Damian is crouching in front of him. Older, bigger, wearing Bruce's suit, but his face is bare and his brow is knit in concern. But he has his grandfather's eyes and all Tim can see is Ra's between blinks.

Tim never planned to reveal his meta ability to anyone. But when a basic fight on patrol goes horribly wrong, Tim is forced to choose between his secret and Jason’s life. Everything really just spirals from there. Jason’s glad he’s not dead in a warehouse for a second time, but he'd really appreciate it if he could get an explanation now, thanks.

Tim is an unwanted android, a Robo-Child. You can go back and tell the RCO I don’t need a replacement.” Bruce Wayne didn’t want him. If Bruce Wayne didn’t want him, he’d be sent back and dismantled.

While there he stumbles upon one more undead family member than he bargained for. Jason's return to the Batfamily after living catatonic for four years with the League of Assassins. |

"You gotta drink first, Babybird. Don't back out now!" He teased anyway, because he wouldn't get out of it that easy. Tim groggily flopped around to look at him, and Dick had to adjust his grip fast to keep the bird from falling and hitting his head on the coffee table. Dumbass. "Hm?" Tim frowns, like there's some big confusing puzzle in front of him. "No I don't." Jason rolled his eyes....>> "Did you even hear what I said?" "...Yes?" He shrugged, sounding progressively less sure. "The...thing about getting out of graves, right?" Jason nodded. About a minute too late, he realized that this conversation may not end well. Replacement shrugged again and turned back into Dick's significantly more tense arms.
