Morse Code

He started one morning, almost unknowingly, and found himself unable to stop. His hand would come to rest on something, the table or the wall or his other arm, and he would be tapping out I love you and You're beautiful and My perfect John in Morse code sequences. It felt better, to tap it out, putting it out there in the world without anyone ever knowing, than to keep it locked up inside of himself. What he forgot to factor in, of course, was that his perfect John had, of course, been trained in the army. An army that, of course, still used Morse code regularly to communicate.
