Sasuke, after Itachi got beaten by Fugaku over touching himself, understood (with time, experience and age) there are traumas caused all over Itachi’s personality, including sexuality and intimacy. As much as he knew of Itachi being asexual, he never really thought of him prefering men, though it made sense to the youngest Uchiha. “Do you think you’d be interested in men, if Fugaku didn't do what he’s done to you?”
Itachi’s eyes close out of embarrassment, “...Yes, I think… I think so, yes.”
