When Stephen gets into an accident the first thing Tony thinks is that the last time he got this call the people in the car were dead. Except when Stephen comes out on the other side he might as well be lost to Tony because he refuses to accept his fate, trying his damndest to find a solution to fix his shaky hands that just wasn't there. At least until Tony makes one.
