As such, they serve as the basis for the actions we take and the beliefs we hold– They form the very fabric upon which we paint the portrait of ourselves as we understand it, acting as a repository for the truths we accept as fundamental to our being.
But what to do when this canvas has been tampered with, when who we are is no longer the certainty it once was?

In the great city of New York lived a happy, married couple composed of Alexander, a 30-year-old financial manager, and Thomas, 34-year-old Historian and professor.
