| Before Tulukilja, hunter of the Avari of the Greenwood, is set to marry Thranduil, the Sindar prince, Thranduil's mother Galbrethil requests her presence. She is to learn how to make the Lembas, the sacred bread of Yavanna. Though her people do not believe in the Lords of the West (their gods came to them long before Oromë found the Kwendî), she knows this is an important step in the newly-arrived Sindar's integration in the Greenwood. That, and Galbrethil, the quiet Elvenqueen, wishes to know more of the woman who has picked her son to marry. |
