Kink meme fill: Any situation where Sherlock is injured and Mycroft ends up carrying him. Despite the fact Sherlock is, even though injured, still complaining that he can walk (even when he can't), but also holding on to Mycroft because he is actually in a lot of pain. Bonus for any reference to all the times Mycroft carried Sherlock when Sherlock was a kid (5 + 1 situation maybe?) Basically loads of brotherly love and fluff, even if they are bickering as they go.
