10 years ago, the Grail was believed to be destroyed. The War was over, but every action has a consequence. By infusing the Grail with the power of Excalibur's attack, the Grail found itself overloaded with energy and out of balance. To resolve this problem, the Grail reached out and drew upon the Second Sorcery and called upon the heroes of other times and other worlds.
