In order to bring peace between two kingdoms at war, Prince Wei Wuxian of Yunmeng and Prince Lan Wangji of Gusu must marry each other. Once childhood friends, the two have now grown as cold and distant as their battle-worn homes. They are no longer naïve children with silly infatuations; they are enemies, forced into marriage.
