Ozai said he'd killed Iroh. So when he shot lightning at Zuko- the lightning came back. Azula's fire broke when she saw Ozai dead- Zuko promised to fix things. Everyone is confused about where the Fire Nation troopes are going. Zuko is Fire Lord. Everyone is kind of confused about that too.
