Что-то странное творится с моей квартирой. В ночи пришло уведомление в ЛК налогоплательщика о снятии с налогового учёта на основании факта утраты имущества. Выписку ЕГРН сделали, там тоже о прекращении права с 28.07.2025. Есть запрет - сделан как раз недавно, уведомление о подтверждении запрета на сделки с недвижимостью без личного присутствия тоже от 28.07.2025. В госуслугах недвижимость не отображается больше. В МФЦ сказали, разбирайтесь и выясняйте с налоговой. В общем, я с таким сталкиваюсь впервые и пребываю в растерянности и состоянии, близком к панике.
